1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using FitBook AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
FitBook AI provides AI-powered portrait generation services, allowing users to upload photos and generate professional studio-quality portraits with customisable suits and backdrops. The Service also includes business card creation and management tools.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
4. Credits and Payments
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each portrait generation consumes one credit. Credits can be purchased individually or through subscription plans. All payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Prices are displayed in GBP.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any third party's rights
- Upload images of individuals without their consent
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of images you upload. Generated portraits are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. FitBook AI retains all rights to the Service, its technology, and its branding.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. FitBook AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your unused credits will be forfeited.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
